All Gem Experiences should be reserved at least 6 weeks in advance. This gives us time to curate, prepare, and ensure your box arrives in perfect condition.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before delivery. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Every box includes a return checklist and damage form. When you return the box, let us know if anything is missing or damaged. Only those specific items are charged.
Send us your photos (5% off), tag us on social media (7% off), or do both (10% off your next booking). Discounts are applied after verification and valid for future bookings only.
Need to cancel or reschedule? Reach out as early as possible. We'll always do our best to find a solution that feels fair.
